Shipping Policy

Most items will ship within three (3) days of receiving your order. If we do not have the item you have ordered in stock, at the time you order it, most orders will require only an additional five (5) day delay in shipping your item. Most items will be shipped no later than five (5) days after you place your order, on a year around basis, with two (2) noted exceptions: 1) MercurysGirl.com will not be shipping any orders from December 24th after 12 p.m. through January 1st of the following year, and 2) MercurysGirl.com will not be shipping any orders during the second week of March. All shipping and order processing will commence on January 2nd each year and the third Monday of March every year respectively. Should you have any questions regarding the effect of ceasing shipments during the above-referenced two (2) different periods of time, please contact us at our offices through email or telephone communication and we will be happy to discuss this with you to ensure any concerns you may have are resolved.

In the event that MercurysGirl.com’s vendors are unable to provide MercurysGirl.com with necessary material/s needed to complete your order in the aforementioned time-frame, we will provide you with the delay information so you can make an informed decision as to whether you would like to wait for the item you ordered, choose another item at MercurysGirl.com or cancel your order.

All packages will be shipped using Federal Express Standard Ground. MercurysGirl.com is unable to ship packages to a post office box. If you purchase items totaling $250 or less a signature is not required for delivery. If your total purchase is over $250, a signature will be required upon delivery. Please make sure to provide an appropriate address and telephone number for package deliveries. Immediately upon Fed Ex retrieving your package for shipment, you will be provided with a tracking number so that you are able to track the delivery of your package. Please allow four (4) to seven (7) business days to receive your shipment once your item has been dispatched to Federal Express. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

Presently, we do not ship to locations outside of the United States.
