Return and Exchange Policy

MercurysGirl.com wants to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within thirty (30) days of your purchase for a full refund as long as the item/s is/are in their original condition with all tags attached. All we ask is that you inform us within seven (7) days of receipt of your merchandise if you will be returning your purchase. To ensure a refund by original form of payment, please submit, with your purchase, the tags attached to the item/s, your name, your order number, your email address, the item number, the date of purchase and your reason for the return. In the event that you return your purchase to MercurysGirl.com within thirty (30) days of said purchase, but fail to comply with the requirements set forth herein, you will be eligible for store credit only.

Please return your items via a postal service that is able to provide you with a tracking number and insurance for the actual value of the item/s you are returning, such as UPS, Federal Express or the United States Postal Service (USPS). If you are using USPS, please ensure that you obtain insurance for the merchandise you are returning, as the USPS does not automatically insure any items they transport without the explicit purchase of such insurance separate and apart from the delivery charge. MercurysGirl.com claims no responsibility for refunds or returns that are shipped uninsured, without tracking information.

Of course, MercurysGirl.com guarantees all of its products to be free from defects of workmanship. We will gladly replace or refund you for any defective item. In the event you received such a product, MercurysGirl.com will refund your return postage for such product upon receipt of your item for refund.

If you are returning or exchanging an item, which is neither damaged or defective, you are responsible for the return postage to our facility. If you are simply exchanging the merchandise, while you are responsible for the return postage of the initial item purchased, you will not be charged for the shipping costs of the item for which you are exchanging your previously purchased item.
